Patatas Bravas

Patatas Bravas are possibly the most famous tapas dish of Spain. Walk into any tapas bar in the country and it’s extremely unlikely that it won’t be on the menu.
Our patatas bravas are triple cooked making them crispy on the outside and light and fluffy inside.
Our sauce is the classic Bravas sauce made from onions, garlic, tomatoes, olive oil a small pinch of chilli and a good pinch of hot smoked Spanish paprika. It is spicy but in no way comparable to the punch of a Vindaloo.
Optionally served with a drizzle of aoili, mayonnaise or vegan mayonnaise.
